hey, the first week never count's right? After loseing a pound i gained 2 for what ever reason(not good) i think it was avi and gaby this weekend. (look out for those two) GOT TO TO KID CRYING

How To Lose Weight

A blonde is terribly overweight, so her doctor puts her on a diet. "I want you to eat regularly for 2 days, then skip a day, and repeat this procedure for 2 weeks. The next time I see you, you'll have lost at least 5 pounds." When the blonde returned, she shocked the doctor by losing nearly 20 pounds. "Why, that's amazing!" the doctor said, "Did you follow my instructions?" The blonde nodded, "I'll tell you though, I thought I was going to drop dead that 3rd day." "From hunger, you mean?", asked the doctor." "No, from all that skipping."

You are on your quest to become THE BIGGEST LOSER!

Welcome to this blog! You have now joined 20 or so other friends and loved ones that have decided that enough is enough!

Rules for the competition.

1. Weigh is on Friday, the 13th, 2009. This day is the first day of the rest of your life!
The "enrollment fee" will be at $25 per person!!!! NO LATE ENROLLMENT FEES. Cash only please.

2. After the initial weigh in, you would have to email your weight, in order to plug them in to the formula to determine weekly weight loss. It would be anonymous. Names WILL NOT BE REVEALED to everyone, with due respect to all. After every fourth week or month, the biggest loser for that month will be announced through this blog and/or email.

3. All competitors are discouraged from going to the extreme (eg. fasting, starving, throwing up, bulimia, anorexia, you get the point). The sole purpose of this event is to change your diet and exercise habits.

4. The challenge will last three months. The final weigh-in is on May 13th, or if everyone wants to agree on , the 15th of May, which is a Friday. I think the 15th works best for everyone.

5. Every contestant will do their final weigh in on this day. The final stats will be calculated at this time. The grand winner will be announced immediately. IF YOU DO NOT PRESENT YOURSELF AT THIS TIME, YOU WILL BE DISQUALIFIED AND THEREFORE UNABLE TO WIN THE COMPETITION!
