How To Lose Weight

A blonde is terribly overweight, so her doctor puts her on a diet. "I want you to eat regularly for 2 days, then skip a day, and repeat this procedure for 2 weeks. The next time I see you, you'll have lost at least 5 pounds." When the blonde returned, she shocked the doctor by losing nearly 20 pounds. "Why, that's amazing!" the doctor said, "Did you follow my instructions?" The blonde nodded, "I'll tell you though, I thought I was going to drop dead that 3rd day." "From hunger, you mean?", asked the doctor." "No, from all that skipping."

    well fat people i am ready to start this thing. Now that i gave everybody a heads start i will get down to do my thing. As soon as i get out of work me and vicky will go to ihop and eat a vegetarian omelette. NO PANCAKES THANK U.

    it's almost 3:ooam and i'm hungry as hell, but i will not eat till i get out of here. i forgot my snak's at home and all we got here is junk food. so nancy grande how r u holding up? nancy little what the hell r u going to lose? loser. that also goes for marilu and ms vega too. gill u got fat already and just got married and will just get fater (see andy) by the way how is that guy? lol Dalila and gaby well what can i tell u, u got that aponte lazzzzzzzzzzzzzzz well u now (pancho) should i say more. brother virgen i love u, but come on. The only way the brother will win is, if nancy and rut start COOKING. Abran well to in love to stop going out and eating with rebeca.Avi well i see something but, will be over by next week, just today i called him at 1pm and he told me he had eat a LARGE FRIED RICE. (MS GARCIA BE NICE) WHO DOES THAT LEAVE? DAVID, NOE, AND ANDY LOSER LOSER LOSER. MR SALAZAR WELL LET ME SEE. GOING TO HAVE A BABY. YES THAT WILL DO IT. WINNER, BUT NOT BY CHOIC HE WILL HAVE TO WORK OVER TIME AND BE WORRIED ABOUT THE BABY AND WILL LOSE SLEEP AND POUNDS CUZ OF IT ( OR HE WILL JUST EAT MORE) THAT'S SOUNDS MORE LIKE HECTOR. THAT LEAVES ME HOT BODY BERLEN. I WILL POST A PIC OF ME TODAY OF HOW I LOOK STAY TUNED LOVE BERLEN

    Lol Berlen is so funny hes got a point with his observations but he didnt remeber that i live by myself im to lazy to cook i have no money to buy food soo hahahahaha suckers!!!!!!!!! I will be the happy person at the end of this contest and for the question about he is going to be the biggest loser i doubt hes goint to lose eight and be you will be bigger also
